The A Family | Orlando Florida Children & Family Photogpraher

I love to see how children grow from year to year.  These sweet kids were celebrating birthdays 2 and 3 this year.  Kate was one of the most cooperative 3 year olds I’ve come across.  They must have promised her something good!  Cruz was not interested in having his picture taken whatsoever.  But really, what can you expect from a 2 year old.  All in all, he did great.  Zero meltdowns so that’s always a plus!  We managed to get a couple of family pictures with everyone at least looking and then we acted like we weren’t sweating our tails off and put on Christmas outfits 🙂

Jasmine {12 days} | Lake Nona Florida Newborn Photographer

I seriously loved this family.  They were so laid back and just a pleasure to be around.  I think dad fell asleep on the couch at one point.  I love it when parents can take advantage of the small break while I play with their baby.  Jasmine is such a pretty baby with the most perfect little lips!  We were able to incorporate mom and dad’s alma mater’s into a couple of pictures.  I’m most excited about the family pictures I captured.  They are some of my most favorite to date!  Thank you guys for being such gorgeous and willing models 🙂

Kenza is ONE! | Orlando Baby Photographer

I have loved watching this gorgeous girl grow up over the last year.  She is the cutest petite little thing.  This session was so fun.  The morning light was gorgeous and I just love this location in the mornings, especially.  Her mama brought the cutest outfits and she was so happy the whole time.  We ended the session with an awesome cake smash.  The cake was so pretty.  It fit Kenza’s rainbow birthday party theme…complete with rainbow cake on the inside!  If you live in Orlando, check out Ganache Bake Shoppe the next time you need cupcakes or a cake for something.

{If you’re interested in booking a 1 year session for your little one please contact me.  The cake is included with your session.}

Rock the Dress {Liz} | New Smyrna Beach Photographer

I love talking my friends into these shoots.  They are so fun… for both of us!  Liz rocked this dress even better than she did 13 years ago when she got married!  {Yeah, the 13 years thing is hard for me to believe, too!}  We were determined for this shoot to happen.  We were staying at the beach for a few days and had everything planned for the evening.  The skies opened up at 1pm and it rained, and rained, and rained.  At 7pm we decided to just go for it.  When we arrived at our destination it was still drizzling a little bit, and there was zero sign of the sun.  We had to book it a good 1/4 mile down the boardwalk to where we needed to go.  And then we worked fast because the light was not going to be around for long.  Thankfully it never poured again.  A few rays of sun actually peeked out for about 60 seconds and I captured my very favorite of the session.  Liz, I hope you feel beautiful when you look at these pictures because you are… both inside and out!
