Awaiting Lincoln | Lake Nona Florida Maternity Photographer

I really enjoyed meeting this family.  They were the perfect clients in my book.  They were a little uneasy since they hadn’t had photos done since their wedding.  Because of that I think they trusted me even more.  They also handled their 2 year old just like I would want any client to…… they let him do whatever he wanted!  Yes, I know this is against all the parenting bones in your body (even mine!), but that’s what works during a photo session.  Meltdowns and tears are on the bottom of my list so we play games, run here and freeze or count to ten, and give candy whenever necessary.  We got a great end result so I think it worked.  I’m looking forward to meeting their little guy for his newborn session in September!

oh wow. this session is absolutely amazing. so very difficult for me to pick a favorite as I honestly love every single one that you chose to share here! The series with the purple set up with all the different angles and poses are absolutely lovely. The pink set up though is so very sweet too!!!!! And the family shots…my oh my….what incredibly sweet connections. Your black and whites…ABSOLUTELY stunning. I would want every single one of these blown absolutely HUGE on my wall!

Shooting for Me | Lake Nona Child and Children Photographer

I’ve been dreaming of my own field of flowers.  I just don’t see them where I live.  Well, last week I did.  I looked over while driving and there they were… yellow flowers and lots of them!  I called a friend who is always up for an adventure and we took our girls out that very night.  It’s a good thing we went because the next morning they were mowed down.  Totally broke my heart.  My Peyton is 4 and her Iris is 3.  The girls have been friends all their little lives.  I’ve been really busy with client work lately and it was so nice to shoot for me.  Peyton loves to have her picture taken and is currently perfecting her ‘serious face’.  It’s the cutest thing to practice with her.  We’re working on not being SO serious like in one of the pictures way down below.  I just love this session.  These girls are too precious!  We are blessed.

Stephanie & Vinny | Orlando Florida Couples Photographer

I met Stephanie in high school, but we lost touch during the college years.  Thanks to Facebook we reconnected years ago.  It’s crazy to say that I’ve known her for 18 years!  Though I’ve seen her many times in recent years I had yet to meet her husband.  They just celebrated their 7th anniversary.  These two were meant for each other.  They were relaxed, silly, and loving….everything a photographer wants.  I’ve actually never done a couples session that wasn’t also a maternity session.  I loved this session!  You can see how much fun they have and how much they adore each other.  I rarely do black and white images, but I love so much of this session in black and white.

**This session took place in Jacksonville, Florida.  For those of you from Jacksonville, I am based out of Orlando, but I visit Jax half a dozen times a year.  I am available for sessions when I am in town.  Just inquire in advance and I can give you dates for my next trip.**
