“Hello! We are the Kutcher family and are so excited to have grown our family through adoption! We have been married 8 and a half years, but adoption story began long ago when Michelle was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma, at the age of 22 months old. She was a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and received life-saving radiation and chemotherapy as a very small child. Thankfully, she has been cancer free for almost 30 years and has had no further concerns or major complications. The amount of radiation she received as a small child consequently caused her infertility. After discussion and prayerful consideration we strongly felt led to have a growing family through adoption. Ever since Michelle can remember she has wanted to adopt. She can even remember being in middle school when her doctors told her she would not be able to conceive. We are so thankful that God brought us together and solidified that we will be a great team to our future children.
